  • A content day is a dedicated time for us to capture fresh photo and video content for your business. This can include behind-the-scenes content, staff highlights, service or product features, customer experience shots, promotional content, short-form video clips, and other creative assets we can use throughout the month.

  • We typically begin social media management packages with a 3-month commitment. This gives us enough time to create content, build consistency, understand your business, and learn what works best for your audience.

    After the initial 3 months, services can continue month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice.

  • No, not necessarily. Each package includes a content day where we capture fresh photos and videos for your business. If you already have content, we can use that as well.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
